On behalf of the student body, and as Heads of the Student Leadership Team - Kezia, Kiran, Lyonne, and El Rafael we are excited to introduce ourselves and share what makes Woolwich Polytechnic Sixth Form so special.

Our motto, Tomorrow’s Leaders, underpins everything we do. This is a Sixth Form that supports and challenges us to reach our highest potential, preparing us to truly become the leaders of tomorrow.

Our teachers consistently go above and beyond - arriving early to help with studies and staying late after school. We also benefit from an extended schools programme, offering extra lessons on Saturdays and during holidays in the run-up to exams.

But Sixth Form life here isn’t just about grades. Personal growth and leadership development are equally important. We lead charity days, cultural celebrations, and sporting events. Through partnerships with external organisations, students are matched with mentors from business, medical, and arts sectors, aligned to our subject specialisms. Some opportunities even include paid internships during the summer holidays.

For those aspiring to Oxbridge or careers in medicine and dentistry, our dedicated Scholar’s Programme provides tailored support to help students achieve their ambitions.

We’re proud of our history of success. Alumni have gone on to study at prestigious universities including Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, King’s College London, and UCL, as well as securing apprenticeships with leading organisations such as PwC, JP Morgan, and Ofcom.
