Exploring the Met Police Crime Museum: A Journey Through Forensic History
On Wednesday, 3rd December 2025, a group of our Year 12 students visited the Metropolitan Police Crime Museum as part of their Forensics and Criminology course.
The experience took them on a fascinating historical journey, showcasing evidence from some of the UK’s most notorious cases - including Jack the Ripper and the Kray Twins. These exhibits sparked great interest and discussion among the students.
The visit provided valuable insight into chains of custody and the long-term storage of evidence, deepening their understanding and supporting their upcoming assignments.
It was an inspiring day that brought classroom learning to life!
