Appeals Process
Parents/Carers of the children who are not offered an Academy place have the right to appeal to an independent Appeal Committee under the 1998 School Standards and Framework Act. Parents wishing to appeal can download a form below or request a copy via email

| Post 16 Appeals: |
i) where the offer of a place would have been conditional on exam results, appeals will be heard within 30 school days of confirmation of those results; ii) where the offer of a place would not have been conditional on exam results, appeals will be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals. |
